Our 2018-19 grant call is now open. Applications will involve a two stage process, starting with an expression of interest. Projects will be reviewed against our research strategy, and those which meet our funding criteria will be invited to submit a full application.
The deadline for receipt of completed expression of interest forms is Friday 9th November 2018. Notification of decisions will be made no later than November 23rd 2018, with successful applicants invited to submit a full research proposal by Monday 7th January 2019.
Before completing an expression of interest form, please ensure you have read our research strategy and guidelines for applicants.
The Tenovus Cancer Care iGrants are open to all, including individuals, patient groups, academic institutions, health professionals and voluntary organisations, where the lead applicant is based in Wales. Co-applicants or collaborators may be from outside of Wales. They welcome applications for projects of all sizes from £1,000 up to a maximum of £30,000 for up to 24 months.
Projects must meet the vision and mission of Tenovus Cancer Care. Projects must have a research element; there must be a research question or uncertainty being investigated. Proposals must also demonstrate an impact on cancer patients and their families, or have the potential to do so in the future.
